Take solution " A" in a bucket soak fungus stained clothes 40 min 

Step -2

Take solution "B" in another bucket soak same clothe for 20 min 

Note: Do not mix both chemicals in same bucket and wear gloves & mask 

Results: 

After step 2 black stain will be clear
