 Never Mix These Household Chemicals

๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†

It’s not safe to mix different commercial cleaning products. It is important to always check product labels and MSDS of product to determine what chemicals are in them. Even household chemicals, like ammonia and bleach, should never be mixed because it produces a toxic chlorine gas, chloramine, which is potentially fatal. Let’s take a look at some other household chemicals you should never mix, and the chemistry behind it.

1. Acetic Acid (Vinegar) + Bleach (ChloreX) = Toxic Chlorine Gas

Vinegar is a weak acetic acid and bleach is an oxidative chlorine compound. When combined, toxic gases of chlorine and chloramine are produced. Both of these can cause chemical burns on your skin and in your eyes, nose, and lungs.

2. Ammonia (Windex) + Bleach (Chlorex) = Toxic Chloramine Gas

Even in small amounts, mixing ammonia and bleach creates toxic chloramine vapors. In high enough concentrations, this mixture could produce liquid hydrazine, which is fatally toxic and potentially explosive. Not to mention, the nasty chemical burn you could get on your skin, in your eyes, and or respiratory tract.

3. Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol) + Bleach (Chlorex) = Chloroform, Hydrochloric Acid, Chloroacetone and Dichloroacetate

The above chemicals are dangerous, toxic, and potentially fatal. All of them give off volatile vapors that can concentrate to burn the eyes, lungs, and skin. Highly concentrated or long term exposure can cause damage to the nervous system, liver and kidneys, with known carcinogenic properties.

4. Acetone + Bleach (Chlorex) = Chloroform, Sodium Hydroxide & Acetic Acid

By now, I hope we’ve all learned that bleach mixed with anything other than water is generally a bad idea. In this example, mixing acetone with bleach creates toxic chemicals that could further react with any remaining bleach to create a fatal fume cloud. This reaction happens spontaneously and without warning.

5. Acetic Acid (Vinegar) + Peroxide (Hydrogen Peroxide) = Peracetic Acid

Mixing these two will form a corrosive, toxic chemical known as peracetic acid. This chemical could irritate your eyes and nose, but in extreme cases could cause serve chemical burns to your skin and mucous membranes.

6. Acetic Acid (Vinegar) + Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) = cool experiment, but not so good cleaner

But mixing these two leaves you with carbon dioxide, sodium acetate and mostly water. Though it doesn’t create toxic fumes or explode (unless you mix in a closed container), you’re not going to hurt yourself by mixing these two. On one hand you’ll have a neat spectacle to look at, but a pretty lousy cleaner.

Don’t buy chemicals from laundry equipment’s Manufacturer

Topic: Optimizing Laundry Results through Machines, Chemicals, and Time. Investing lakhs of rupees in laundry equipment, we find that machines contribute to only 50% of the stain removal process (25% temperature, 25% mechanical action), with chemicals and time accounting for 25% each. However, without adequate time, machines, and temperatures, achieving 100% results is not feasible. Our observations indicate that numerous laundries lack hot water facilities and rush through the main wash in just 15 minutes. Laundry owners typically consult laundry equipment manufacturers, but some manufacturers provide incomplete guidance, leading owners to adopt flawed processes and compromise their wash quality. Consequently, they seek out Mylab. It is essential to note that purchasing chemicals from machine manufacturers is not recommended, as their expertise lies in manufacturing machines, not chemicals. We recommend visiting our office directly after purchasing machines from a reputable supplier. ...

ENZYME 10X Advanced Enzymatic Detergent Powder

Enzyme 10x exclusively developed for hospitals, We observed majority of hospitals laundries not providing hot water facility,  Even they don't understand hot water value in hospitals laundry, Maximum stains will go if they provide hot water, Here Enzyme 10x replacement who are not maintain hot water, Multiple Carbon Based Enzymes when desolved in water automatically start catalyst function,  Will dissolve protein stains like blood, and motions etc With out hot wwater also it will works and in hard water also Enzyme 10x works but use in main wash along with our Emulsifier Active 250mg because if you add Bleach with this detergent that will damage enzymes efficacy !!!
